Spotted: full Flower by Drew Barrymore display

A few weeks ago I showed you this partial display that was beginning to pop up in certain Walmart locations. Recently, the permanent Flower by Drew Barrymore display has started to appear in certain locations (I have heard from a handful of you who have spotted it).
