Spotted: NEW L'Oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Black Angel Mascara

If you're a fan of the original L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara (click HERE for my review), then you might be excited to hear that L'Oreal has just released the Miss Manga Black Angel formula here in the US! Black Angel has been available in Europe since last summer, I believe, but I didn't think we'd see it here (Europe also has colored versions of Miss Manga, like teal and purple, but I don't know
