Spotted: New NYC HD Color Trios Eyeshadows, Big Bold Curl Mascara and more

If I had a dime for every time I heard someone say that they wanted to see more affordable, pigmented, neutral eyeshadows at the drugstore, I'd surely be rich by now. Well it seems that NYC might be granting our wishes with their new HD Color Trios that promise "high intensity color" and come in lovely neutral shades (which don't appear to be big on shimmer or sparkle). 



And that's not all:
