Weekly Drugstore Makeup Sales (12/23 - 12/29)

Apologies for another abbreviated sale round-up this week. As I mentioned a few days ago, both of my parents are ill right now and it's kind of turned the holidays a bit upside-down and made it challenging to keep the blog updated this week.
